It is planned to make 15 types of products and provide 4 types of production services on the basis of the center. New chemical material research and development will be concentrated and the innovative additive production for material modification in the construction, cable and chemical industries will be organized here.
Among the first in the Center opened a joint venture with Kolomenskiye Kraski, which plans to produce facade and interior paints in Saransk. Facade paint of good quality will cost 50 rubles per kilogram. It is planned to present the first 500 kg of paint to the republic for facade repairs of educational institutions.

Vladimir Volkov suggested taking an active part in Saransk renewal for the upcoming soccer World Cup in June, which will require a large number of finishing materials.
“We will be able to produce large volumes of paint, we can handle it,” said Dmitry Krakhin, Director, Nanocenter of the Republic of Mordovia, and Vladimir Burakov, Director, Kolomenskiye Kraski.

The printed electronics laboratory will make products for lighting, advertising and all kinds of indicators. Currently, the display, which is planned to be installed on the car windshield, is being tested here.
Also, soon the center will begin production of a concentrate with carbon nanotubes (CNTs), developed by the Nanocenter specialists with the support of the Leader Compound enterprise. This concentrate will be used in the production of partially conductive plastic for the cable industry.

Vladimir Volkov was shown the multifunctional center laboratory where new materials will be developed, and after certification, services will also be provided to third-party organizations.
Currently, 64 startups are implemented in the multifunctional center by 20 resident companies of the Nanocenter of the Republic of Mordovia.
The new center faces an important task — testing of innovative solutions for the republic industrial enterprises.
